If you use the online booking system to make an appointment, you should receive confirmation of your booking by either email, text or phone. If not, you understand it is your responsibility to contact us and confirm the booking has been received.
If you need to cancel or change a pre-existing appointment, you agree to contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment time & date, otherwise, you agree to pay a cancellation charge or forfeit your deposit (if one has been paid).

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please at least 24 hours notice and there will be no charge. Otherwise, a cancellation charge may be payable before you can book another appointment with us. If you do not cancel and simply don’t show up for your appointment, the full cost of the planned services may become payable. Thanks for your understanding.
